(BRAMPTON, ON – October 21, 2025): Algoma University proudly celebrated the achievements of its Fall Class of 2025 at a convocation ceremony held in Brampton. This year, a single ceremony brought together 686 graduates and their families, friends, and faculty to mark one of life’s most significant milestones.
The celebration featured the ceremonial presentation of degrees, greetings from university leadership, and recognition of academic achievements across disciplines.
“Convocation is a moment of immense pride for our graduates, their families, their friends, and the entire Algoma University community,” said Interim President and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Sheila Embleton. “This celebration recognizes the academic success of our students and their readiness to lead, inspire, and create meaningful change for future generations.”
Algoma University continues to provide opportunities for learners across the GTA, offering programming designed to meet student needs while building pathways to leadership and community impact.
