Objectives for LEAP ICC 2025 - High School Chapter:

To inspire future business leaders from under-represented groups to rethink and redesign the sustainable solutions for various business challenges through  an innovative form of mini case based debate. 

We are excited to announce that Maria Mendoza Camba, Assistant Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Ernst Young, Michael Saniga, Vice President of RPA Canada, Quazance Boissoneau, Algoma alumnus and Manager, Indigenous Education & Engagement at Humber College and Badar Shamim, Portfolio Manager, CIM, CFP, Generation PMCA Corp. will be joining us as judges at this exciting initiative.
