Rotary Santa Claus Parade

On November 17th, the city of Sault Ste. Marie will celebrate this annual community event. Thousands of people line Queen street to see festive and brightly lit parade floats. It’s the city’s way to kick-off the holiday season and  once again Algoma University is entering a float and we want as many students and staff as possible to join in the fun.
Last year we won the grand prize: Norman Candelori Best in Parade and we are hoping to do the same this year.
Join us on November 16th and 17th to help decorate the float and on November 17th (at 4:30 pm) to ride the float on parade day!
Sign up today by filling in the link below. All participating students will receive this as a co-curricular record entry and everyone who participates can expect to enjoy a pizza party following the parade!
Follow-up messaging with full details regarding float decorating will be sent to those who RSVP!
For those riding on the float, a bus will leave from the SpeakEasy at 4:30 sharp.  Dress weather appropriate.
Thank you and we hope to see you there!
