Ride around Sault Ste. Marie with us and learn about your new city’s downtown core!

The Student Life team’s Transit Tours are designed to familiarize you with your new home.

This tour will start at Algoma University, where we will load the bus before adventuring to points of interest in the downtown area. 

During the tour, students will learn about the local transit system, try delicious local food and visit landmarks before returning to campus.

There will be two separate tour groups on Aug. 30, 2024. The first group will depart for their tour at 12 pm and return at 2:15 pm and the second tour will depart at 2:30 pm and return at 4:45 pm. All tours will depart from outside The Speakeasy on Algoma University’s Sault Ste. Marie campus.

Open to new students joining in Fall 2024 on the Sault Ste. Marie Campus ONLY! There is a limit of one ticket per event per person. Please stay tuned to your email for more registration information.
