Hello everyone!

On behalf of the Law and Politics Student Society at Algoma University, we are extremely excited to officially invite you to our 2019 Election Forum! Our event will be held at Algoma University in the Shingwauk Auditorium on Monday, October 7th at 7pm. Our forum will provide students with the opportunity to engage in political activity and become more politically informed while encouraging youth voter turnout.

Each candidate will be invited to speak for a maximum of 15 minutes. After each candidate has spoken, we will open up the floor to students for questions. After this question period, the candidates are invited to stay for a while and socialize with students present.

We encourage all students to invite their friends to this event! This event is geared towards youth! So we are anticipating on having youth from the community to join us.

We are expecting the auditorium to be full, and there will be local media present.
