1. Identify your long-term goals – Break them down into smaller tasks and give yourself a deadline to complete them. Write them directly in your calendar.

2. Keep yourself motivated – Find an accountability partner to keep each other on track and your eyes set on the end goal. Be sure to schedule regular check-ins.
