Trans and gender-diverse people are a valued part of Algoma University and we appreciate the insights, strengths, and contributions they bring to our community. Transphobia and violence against trans and gender-diverse people have no place at Algoma University. 

We invite you to participate in TDOV events hosted by Algoma University’s 2SLGBTQQIA+ Working Group.  Events include: 

• Trans flag raising at 10:00 am at the Sault Ste. Marie campus.

There will also be:

• Information table about TDOV from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm outside of NW 200 and in front of the 3rd floor library entrance at the Sault Ste. Marie campus
• Information table about TDOV 11:30 am to 2:00 pm at LL Lounge (A Building – 24 Queen St) and the Student Success Central (D Building – 28 Main St) at Brampton campus
