This is an amazing opportunity for students to learn “how to stand out as a candidate” in this Job Market. We will also be sharing ways to improve your “resume” and tips for what recruiters like to see in a candidate.

Griffith joined RBC in 2017 with their “Early Talent Acquisition” team after experiencing a handful of industries such as Higher Education, Event Management, Sponsorship Marketing, and finally Financial Services. This exposure to HR & Recruitment in various businesses has proven to give him a holistic approach when it comes to navigating the school-to-work transition. When Griffith is not recruiting top talent for RBC, he is delivering Personal Branding Workshops across Ontario so, young professionals can improve on their soft skills.
