
Wellness Wednesday – Free Yoga for All
Wellness Wednesdays is a joint initiative from our Student Success and Student Life teams to promote mental and physical well-being to Algoma University students. Bi-weekly sessions will be offered on the first and third Wednesday of every month to help promote healthy life-style and emotional well-being. Through these sessions, offered virtually in the 2022 Winter semester, students will engage in diverse activities that are fun, relaxing, and recharging.
