Wellness Wednesdays: Q & A with the Student Success Team
Wellness Wednesdays is a joint initiative from our Student Success and Student Life teams to promote mental and physical well-being to Algoma University students. Bi-weekly sessions will be offered on the first and third Wednesday of every month to help promote a healthy lifestyle and emotional well-being. Through these sessions, we hope students will engage in diverse activities that are fun, relaxing, and recharging. The sessions offered virtually for the Winter 2022 semester, provide students from all our campuses with opportunities to learn and practice physical and mental self-care and build strategies and tools that help promote a positive mindset, overall health and resilience.
