WoW: Medicine Bag Workshop
Medicine bags in Indigenous cultures offer spiritual and emotional support, containing symbolic items like stones, herbs, and feathers that reflect an individual’s life and well-being. These bags can provide comfort during difficult times by reminding individuals of their strengths and connections. Creating and using a medicine bag can also be a meditative process, fostering mindfulness and a holistic approach to well-being.
