Residence Fees and Meal Plans

Residence fees include the cost of a single room and utilities, with the addition of a meal plan for the Algoma Dormitory and Lou Lukenda Dormitory.

Please note that there is a non refundable $50 application fee. Important dates such as residence application deadline and residence deposit deadlines are available on our Residence Life page.

A meal plan is mandatory for all students assigned to a dormitory style building.

Residence Application is $50.00 per semester.

*The damage deposit is refundable pending the condition of the accommodations at the time of move out and return of room keys.

**With the exception of those staying in the Spirit Village Townhouses, students are required to purchase one of the meal plan options listed in the chart.

Please note: Residence Fees and Meal Plan amounts are subject to change at any time, and all residents are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Residence Contract and Schedule A.
