Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP)

The EFAP is a free and anonymous program which offers short-term counseling and support related to a wide variety of issues, including relationship issues, depression and anxiety, stress management, grief and bereavement, work and family balance, parenting, gambling, substance use and work-related problems.
