The Anti-Islamophobia Working Group is hosting an Iftar Dinner for Ramadan, followed by a special virtual workshop on Ramadan by Duha Elmardi from the Canadian Council of Muslim Women (CCMW).
About the Speaker:
Duha Elmardi is the Education Coordinator of CCMW and a Sudanese nonprofit professional with 15 years of experience as an educator, program coordinator, and organizational development consultant in Sudan, Malaysia, the USA and now Canada. She is dedicated to anti-oppression, social change and creating positive impacts through community organizing, facilitating and supporting collective work.
