Hyrax Workout with Tyler Belanger!
We are excited for our big week of Movember events here at the GLC!
Join us for a workout led by Tyler Belanger, our Strength & Conditioning Coach! The workout will consist of various stations and include a run/walk in between around the track. This functional style of training can be adapted to accommodate all fitness levels!
We will be providing free snacks and hydration for those who participate. This event is open to AU students, staff, and the SSM community! Admission is free, but donations are welcome!
