Due to anticipated inclement winter weather conditions, the following adjustments are being made to regularly scheduled campus classes and activities.
Friday, March 3rd:
- 4 PM in-person classes will continue as scheduled.
- All evening in-person classes on the Brampton campus starting after 5 PM will shift to remote delivery (where possible).
- Courses already scheduled for remote delivery are not impacted.
Students, staff and faculty are asked to safely leave campus as soon as possible once afternoon classes have finished.
All members of our campus community are advised to take weather conditions into account and use caution at all times when traveling to, from, or on campus.
Saturday, March 4th:
- Campus classrooms and facilities will remain closed until 12:00 noon.
- All morning in-person classes scheduled to begin before noon are to shift to remote delivery (where possible).
- Unless otherwise notified, all in-person classes will resume as of 1:00 PM.

Only essential personnel such as security should report to work. The University will continue to monitor the situation and any related updates will be circulated via email, social media, and the news section of the Algoma University website.
