Being a university student is hard. Especially, when you are juggling your personal and professional life. In this session, you will hear from our Health and Wellness team, who will be sharing strategies and resources you can use to prevent yourself from burning out and at the end of the session, we’ll have some time for Q&A. Taking care of your mental and physical health is important, and we encourage all students to attend this session
