Algoma Reads: Community Book Club Meeting
Algoma Reads is a new mass-reading initiative coming in Fall 2017. Inspired by Chief Shingwauk’s Vision and CBC’s Canada Reads, this project invites members from across our campus and community to five public events to read these books together. To prepare for these public lectures, we will be holding five community book club meetings on campus this Spring:
- March 22: The Break with Kylee Garson
- April 12: Company Town with Ashton Carter and Drake Pawis
- April 26: The Right to be Cold with Kylee Garson and Sarah Devon
- May 10: Nostalgia with Kylee Garson and Erika Provenzano
- May 24: Fifteen Dogs with Kylee Garson and Ashton Carter
