Research and Innovation Colloquium Series
The Office of Research and Innovation invites all faculty and students to attend the first lecture of its monthly colloquium series, featuring Dr. Donna Rogers.

Dr. Rogers will be speaking on “Fish and Chips and Vinegar: Food, Health, and Religion in the Middle Ages,” discussing the intersections between and among food, abstinence, fasting, medieval notions of nutrition and health, and religion in the European Middle Ages. Plus a little excursion to explain why we put vinegar on our fish and chips…
