The School of Social Work will be hosting a Field Placement Fair on March 3, 2021, during Social Work Week. The Ontario Association of Social Workers theme this year is “You Are Not Alone”. We thought it was a good time to bring together students, Field Instructors, and community partners. It will be held online due to COVID-19.

The purpose of the fair is for students to learn about local agencies and organizations. Many of these students will be beginning their field placements in September 2021 or January 2022. The event is also an opportunity to network with students, staff, and faculty from Algoma University as well as representatives from local community agencies.
