accolades to the hard work instilled by her parents; listening to her mentor, Coach Rick
Bertagnolli; and, being able to be a member of some dynamic teams.
In 2009, Lith was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. She utilizes what can be considered
debilitating, as an ability that continues to drive her forward with vigour. Her passion is
helping young people actualize their athletic goals through mentoring, coaching on and
off the field, and providing practical tools to improve skill level, whether in life or sports.
She currently works with various sports organizations as a Guest Coach.
