On Friday, November 30th at 3pm, Thunderbird Athletics will be hosting the Winter Sport Kickoff starting at 3pm! Come out and meet the winter sport athletes, compete against some of them in minute to win it challenges, and win prizes. Food, music, and prizes for those who show the best Thunderbird spirit will make this an event you don’t want to miss.
After the kick-off, our Basketball teams will take on Carleton, with the women playing at 6pm and the men at 8pm. On Sunday, December 2nd, our Basketball teams will take on Ottawa with the women playing at 1pm and the men at 3pm. After winning 3 of 4 on our home opening weekend, our teams will be looking to continue making the GLC a tough place to play for our opponents. Come and cheer on your Thunderbird athletes this weekend!
