A successful full day of hands-on and information sessions were conducted by keynote speakers and workshop facilitators from across Canada that were chosen by our Student Success team. Students were able to self-reflect and build on their skills and abilities for their future endeavours while being given effective tools for success.

Algoma University’s Department of Psychology recently hosted a community planning session to inform the development of a Masters-level psychotherapy training program focusing on mental health care delivery in Northern Ontario. The session was designed to solicit input from community members across the region and marked the first step in an ongoing engagement process.
