Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) provides an innovative and authentic pathway for students and instructors to interact with the world – that was not possible in the past. COIL is based upon developing team-taught learning environments where teachers from two cultures work together to develop a shared syllabus, emphasizing experiential, and collaborative student learning.
