Intermediate Spanish as an elective

If you have a background in Spanish language and still have room for electives, I invite you to consider taking ESPA2005 (Intermediate Spanish), as we don’t offer this class every year. We’ll meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00 to 6:45. That time includes assisted lab work with online materials. In this annual course, we will review basic grammar points and introduce new structures and vocabulary that will allow you to communicate in this rich language with more accuracy. We’ll also share short readings, do song analysis, watch videos, write small texts, and try to converse as much as possible. In short, you’ll practise the four language abilities (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) within a small and stimulating class environment, while receiving plenty of exposure to different varieties of Spanish and timely feedback. If you want to receive more information about this class, do not hesitate to contact me: [email protected]
